SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made by affiliated couriers, which can be identified at checkout. Delivery is possible within 2-4 days from the date of shipment.

The store is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by couriers.

RETURNS

Online sales of products are governed by Articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides consumers with the right to withdraw from contracts, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the amount paid (excluding PayPal/bank fees and shipping costs). The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. The customer has 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return the product. Within this period, the customer must ship the goods to Fortenday, Via Lucania, 39 – 30174, Venice, in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Fortenday reserves the right to inspect them before issuing a refund to ensure they are in the same condition as when shipped. If the product is tampered with, damaged, or used, the refund will not be full. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
